25+ years coaching from grassroots to semi-pro. One belief — most youth players don't need more training. They need better.
Eugene and Andrei met through semi-pro soccer in Canada, and spent the years afterward coaching youth across the GTA. Between them, 25+ years developing players — from first-touch grassroots through semi-pro pathways. They kept seeing the same thing: players with real potential plateauing in systems not built to develop them.
Club training meant 20+ kids per coach. Private lessons meant hobbyists charging premium rates. In Form Soccer is their answer — every session led by a coach who's played at the highest level in Canada, formally licensed, paying genuine attention to every player on the field.
Every great player has extraordinary fundamentals. We obsess over first touch, passing shape, and ball mastery.
Small groups on purpose. Every player gets feedback on every rep — no standing in line watching someone else train.
Players who understand the principles improve far faster than players who just mimic the drill.
We don't flatter parents. Progressing? We'll say so. Plateaued? We'll say that too — and what to do about it.

We live where we coach. Our players come from Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, and Unionville — the same neighbourhoods we drive through after every session.
We support local tournaments, partner with regional clubs, and welcome conversations with parents, coaches, and organizers who care about youth development in this part of Ontario.
