Most youth players train in groups of 12–18 players with one coach. That means maybe 2-3 minutes of actual coach feedback per player per session. In a private session, every minute is yours.
Every session is built around your player's position and the work it demands. We assess in real time during sessions, and where it helps we layer in video footage from matches — or, when we can, watch live games — so that what we coach in session connects directly to what happens on game day. There's purpose in every exercise, and one flows into the next.
