Private 1-on-1 Training

One Player.
One Coach.
One Hour Of Full Attention.

The fastest way to measurable improvement. Fully focused on your player's technique, position, and goals — with immediate feedback on every rep.

Private Sessions

A full hour of attention your player won't get anywhere else.

Most youth players train in groups of 15–20 with one coach. That means maybe 4–5 minutes of actual coached reps per player per session. In a private session, every minute is yours.

Your player arrives, warms up with a purposeful activation, then runs through a skill block built specifically for them — attacking, defending, first-touch, shooting, position-specific movements, or tryout prep. Every rep gets feedback. Every session ends with one or two things to practice before the next one.

Parents don't watch from a hundred metres away; you see the session up close and hear the coaching happen. That transparency is deliberate — you should know exactly what you're paying for.

Is This Right For My Player?

Who benefits most from 1-on-1 training

Competitive players preparing for tryouts

OPDL, rep team, or showcase tryouts — private sessions let us target the specific qualities coaches look for in your player's age group.

Players struggling in a specific area

Weak left foot, shaky first touch, confidence under pressure — a private coach can isolate the exact issue and rebuild it from scratch.

🧭

Position-specific development

Club training is rarely position-specific. Goalkeepers, fullbacks, and midfielders get work built around what their role actually requires.

🩹

Players returning from injury

Confidence on the ball often evaporates after time away. We rebuild touch, comfort, and match fitness at the right pace.

Beginners needing a fast-track start

New to soccer? A few private sessions before joining a club program can make the difference between thriving and falling behind.

🎓

University / US college pathway

We help structure development, highlight-video planning, and the mental side of pathway decisions.

Common Questions

1-on-1 training FAQ

How often should my player do 1-on-1 sessions?
One session per week is a solid baseline during the club season. Two per week is common in pre-season and tryout prep. We'll help you find the right cadence on the intro call.
How quickly will we see improvement?
Most parents notice visible changes in first touch, confidence, and decision-making within 4–6 sessions when combined with deliberate between-session practice.
Where do sessions happen?
Indoor and outdoor turf facilities across Vaughan, Markham, and Richmond Hill. We'll confirm the closest option when you book.
Can parents watch?
Yes — we encourage it. You should see and hear the coaching so you know exactly what's being taught.
What's the cancellation policy?
24-hour notice required for full credit. EDIT
