What It Is

A different kind of challenge — at grassroots age.

Our Elite Teams are hand-picked squads of U7–U12 players who train together and compete in tournaments. We aren't open registration — we select players who are ready for the next layer of the game even though they're still grassroots-age.

If your child is one of the strongest players in their age group, or you can already see they want more than house-league offers, this is the program. Smaller squads, sharper coaching, real games against unfamiliar opponents.

Selection is by application. We review every submission personally and reach out to schedule an evaluation if your player looks like a fit.

Comfortable on the ball, confident in 1v1, already standing out in their age group. Whether they play house-league or rep, the level shows up.

Watches matches, plays in the backyard, brings their ball to the park. Genuine love of the game shows up faster than any drill.

How It Works

From application to first tournament

2. Evaluation

If we see a fit, we invite the player to a session or scrimmage so we can see them play.

3. Selection & play

Selected players join the squad, train together, and start playing tournaments under In Form colours.

FAQ

Common questions

Does my player have to currently train at In Form to be considered?

No. We accept applications from players outside our regular programs. Internal players are familiar to us, which can shorten the evaluation step — but the bar is the same for everyone.

What's the time commitment?

Selected players train together once or twice a week (depending on age group and tournament cycle), plus tournament weekends. We work around your existing club commitments where possible.

What does it cost?

Pricing varies by age group and tournament schedule. Once an applicant is invited to evaluation, we share full pricing and an honest read on whether it makes sense for your family.

Can my player still play for their regular club?

In most cases, yes. We coordinate with your club coach so In Form Elite Teams complement, rather than conflict with, club commitments.

What tournaments do you play?

We pick a calendar each year based on the squad's age and level. That typically includes Ontario Cup, regional tournaments, and one or two showcase events for older age groups. We share the full calendar at evaluation.

What if my player isn't selected?

We tell you directly, with a short reason. If we think your player is close, we'll suggest a development pathway through our other programs that gets them ready for the next round.
